French beaded flowers: Cosmos Bead-along!
Starting in February 1, 2023, I will be running a bead-along in the Learn How to Make French Beaded Flowers facebook group on how to make French beaded cosmos. Back in 2018, I did a flower study and designed the petals for the cosmos. The point of that exercise was to show how I go from flower study to beaded flowers. At the time, I was in the throes of writing my first book, and I wasn’t sure how I’d make the center and the delicate leaves so the project was set aside. So, you see the theme of my past few French beaded flowers projects…going back to to 4 to 5 year old abandoned projects like this beaded sunflower and poinsettia.
Three year anniversary celebration for French beaded flowers group!
In celebrating the Learn How to Make French Beaded Flowers group turning 3, my co-admin Lauren Harpster and I are doing a 2 month bead-along with me teaching French beaded cosmos in February and Lauren teaching French beaded California poppies in March. We will also make each others’ pattern and come up with our interpretation of a final arrangement.
Don’t miss out on these two exciting bead-alongs. Join us today!
