This is an intermediate level French beading class. If you are a confident beginner, familarize yourself with the following techniques:

About these French beaded flowers jewelry projects:

You will be learning how to make each daisy flower component all on one continuous wire. All flower components are the attached together to form a bracelet or necklace using jewelry wrapping techniques. Unlike French beaded jewelry of the past, we will not be using glue, perforated discs, or other types of support.

My approach to making French beaded jewelry is to use ancillary jewelry components only when necessary – like ear wires or brooch pins. For the daisy necklace and bracelet, you’ll be making your own toggle clasps! For the bonus ring project (video only), you’ll be making the ring entirely out of beads and wire on one continuous wire.

Chain nose pliers
Round nose pliers
Bead spinner
Ruler/Measuring tape

We don’t usually use Round Nose Pliers in French Beading. Round nose pliers is the only tool that is needed in addition from the usual list of tools for French beaded flower jewelry.
