Technique: turning spare French beading units into jewelry

When I make French beaded flower jewelry, I usually make all the “units” on one continuous wire so that it can be easily converted into jewelry. There are certain techniques that can not be easily made on one continuous wire as there are different gauges or wires involved.

I recently just finished a month long course on making cherry blossoms and cherries…and for those students with spare parts lying around, I devised a way to turn those parts into earrings by strategically reducing the wires. You can use any blossom, stamen, and calyx units to make these. You don’t need to use this specific pattern.
